Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use selfcoacheddomi.com, buy a program like the 8 Week Shred, or sign up for coaching with Self Coached Domi. By using the site or paying for anything on it, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or buy a program.

Who we are

Self Coached Domi is an online fitness coaching business run by Domi. All coaching and programs are delivered online. In these terms, "we" and "us" means Self Coached Domi, and "you" means the person using the site or buying a program.

You must be 18 or older

Programs and coaching are for adults. By buying, you confirm you are at least 18.

Health and safety

Our programs, macro targets, and coaching are general fitness and nutrition guidance. They are not medical advice, and Domi is not your doctor. Talk to a doctor before you start any new training or diet, especially if you are pregnant, have an injury, or have a medical condition.

Exercise carries a risk of injury. You choose how hard to train and you take on that risk. If something hurts, feels wrong, or makes you dizzy, stop and get medical help. Tell us about injuries and food restrictions in the intake form so the plan can account for them, but you stay responsible for what you do.

Results vary

The client results and before and after photos on this site are real, but they belong to those clients. Your results depend on your starting point, how closely you follow the plan, your sleep, your stress, and more. We don't promise any specific amount of weight loss or muscle gain.

Buying a program

• Prices are in US dollars and shown at checkout. The 8 Week Shred is a one-time payment with no subscription.
• Stripe processes all payments. You enter your card details with Stripe, and we never see or store your full card number.
• After you pay, you get access to the program in the coaching app and to the private community group, normally the same day. If you haven't heard from us within one business day, email us.

Refunds

All sales are final once your access has been delivered. Because the program is digital and you can see all of it from day one, we don't offer refunds after that point, including if you stop partway through.

If you were charged twice, charged by mistake, or never got access, email us and we will fix it or refund the charge.

Your use of the program

When you buy a program, you get a personal license to use it for your own training. The workouts, videos, meal suggestions, and other materials belong to Self Coached Domi. Don't share your login, resell the program, or post its content anywhere else.

The community group

Be respectful. We can remove anyone who harasses other members, spams, or shares program content outside the group. If we remove you for breaking these terms, you lose access to the program and the group, and you won't get a refund.

Calls, texts, and emails

When you give us your phone number or email in a form, we may contact you about your results and coaching, as described next to that form. You can opt out at any time. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how to opt out.

Other services we use

Stripe handles payments, and the coaching app hosts the program. Those companies have their own terms, and they apply to your use of their services.

No warranties

We work hard to keep the site and programs accurate and available, but we provide them as they are. We don't guarantee the site will always be online or free of errors.

Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, Self Coached Domi is not liable for injuries, health problems, or indirect losses that come from following a program or using the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the program or coaching the claim relates to.

If a claim comes from your actions

If someone brings a claim against us because you broke these terms or misused the program, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of dealing with it.

Governing law

California law governs these terms. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in California.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. The terms in effect when you bought a program apply to that purchase.
